Job Description/ Mô Tả Công Việc:
• Introduce and maintains assembly processes and activities to ensure the requested requirements
from manufacturing and quality are achieved. Cross-functional work with CE, Process, and other
manufacturing teams to transfer, qualify and ramp-up of new product/package/technology.

trình và các nhó m sả n xuấ t khác để chuyển giao, đá nh giá tiêu chuẩ n và phá t triển sả n
phẩm/dò ng hà ng/cô ng nghệ mớ i.
• Provide engineering support for all activities in the product development process.
Cung cấ p hỗ trợ kỹ thuậ t cho mọ i hoạ t độ ng trong quá trình phá t triển sả n phẩ m.
• Responsible to new product/package/technology transfer, production setup and validation
running in the factory and ramp up to production.
Chịu trá ch nhiệm chuyển giao sả n phẩ m/dò ng hà ng/cô ng nghệ mớ i, thiết lậ p và đá nh giá việc
chạy sả n xuấ t trong nhà máy và đẩy mạ nh sả n xuấ t.
• Drive integrations, cross-functional work with other manufacturing departments, and ramp-up
of volume/yield/cost/stability and quality of new technologies into production.

• Define risk assessment and risk mitigations plan, Bill of Material (BOM) selection, process flow.
Xác định kế hoạ ch đá nh giá và giả m thiểu rủ i ro, lự a chọ n Bả ng kê nguyên vậ t liệu (BOM), quy
trình xử lý.
• Technical gap analysis, Design for Manufacturability, cost competitiveness in consideration.
Phâ n tích điểm thiếu só t liên quan kỹ thuậ t, thiết kế cho khả nă ng sả n xuấ t, xem xét khả nă ng
cạ nh tranh về chi phí.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, root cause analysis into qualification failure and method issues.

liên quan tiêu chuẩ n đá nh giá .
• Material and equipment and manufacturing peripheral selection to meet quality, reliability, cost,
yield, and production targets.
Lự a chọ n vậ t liệu, thiết bị và thiết bị ngoạ i vi sả n xuấ t để đá p ứ ng các tiêu chuẩ n về chấ t lượ ng, độ
tin cậy, chi phí, nă ng suấ t và mụ c đích sả n xuất.
• Drive improvement project and work with unit process to improve stability, yield, cost and
quality.

phí và chấ t lượ ng.
• Successfully implement and Fan-out new product from an engineering build to manufacturability
environment by using tools such as design factorial DOE, SIPOC and Lean Six Sigma.
Triển khai thà nh cô ng và phá t triển sả n phẩ m mớ i từ nền tả ng hà ng mẫu sang mô i trườ ng sả n
xuấ t bằ ng cá ch sử dụ ng các cô ng cụ như DOE, SIPOC và Lean Six Sigma.
• Other duties as assigned.
Các nhiệm vụ khá c đượ c giao.
• BS/MS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Science and Technology, Chemistry, Physics or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years or more experience in semiconductor packaging and manufacturing.
• Experienced in assembly processes of Plasma Cleaning, Coating, Molding, Plating Chemistry, Chemical Deflash, Trim and Form.
• Knowledgeable on Thermosetting Plastic such as Epoxy Molding Compound, Plating chemistry, Chemical deflash, Lead frame, Substrate, Direct Bond Copper Ceramic and etc.
• Proficiency in Engineering Tools such as AutoCAD, 8D, SPC, DFMEA, DOE.
• Lead projects across organization and culture in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and able to work independently.
• Power module packaging, reliability, and chip package (CPI) experiences.
• Semiconductor or silicon/silicon carbide wafer processing experience a plus.
• Experience in data analysis using JMP, Minitab, Power BI…
