Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the MES system at the Vietnam factory.

• Act as the first-line support for MES-related issues from production, quality, materials, and other departments.

• Collaborate closely with the China MES team to maintain system stability and implement improvements, upgrades, and new features.

• Support MES system testing, data validation, integration activities, and process optimization.

• Analyze MES data to support production efficiency improvement and digital manufacturing initiatives.

• Assist with MES integration with other systems such as ERP, PLC, barcode scanners, and factory equipment.

• Prepare user manuals, system documentation, and provide MES training for factory users.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• 1+ years of experience in MES operation, maintenance, implementation, or manufacturing IT support.

• Experience with MES platforms such as Siemens MES, Rockwell, SAP ME, or similar systems is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of SQL database (SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL) and industrial communication protocols (TCP/IP, OPC, etc.).

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and factory systems (electronics, automotive, or similar industries).

• Experience working with Chinese teams or foreign-invested manufacturing companies is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in English or Chinese; ability to work with global teams.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
