Role Overview/ Mô tả công việc
As a Junior Creative Designer at Rocket Group, you will work on a wide range of design projects spanning branding, UI/UX, marketing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. You’ll collaborate with different teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring consistency and innovation across all design touchpoints.
Junior Creative Designer sẽ tham gia thiết kế và triển khai đa dạng các dự án về Branding, Marketing, UI/UX, Motion Graphic và Visual Storytelling. Bạn sẽ phối hợp cùng các phòng ban để hiện thực hóa ý tưởng sáng tạo, đồng thời đảm bảo tính nhất quán về hình ảnh thương hiệu trên mọi điểm chạm.
Key Responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm chính
● Based on guidance of line manager, develop and execute creative execution for marcom, branding, marketing, digital, and product design.
● Design compelling graphics, illustrations, presentations, and motion designs for various platforms.
● Create user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability and engagement.
● Work on print and digital media, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling.
● Collaborate with marketing & communication, product, and development teams to align design strategies with business objectives.
● Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to elevate our creative output.
● Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining a high standard of quality.
● Other tasks assigned by BOD/line manager.
● Triển khai các hạng mục thiết kế cho dự án Marcom, Branding, Marketing, Digital và Product theo định hướng của Line Manager.
● Thiết kế graphic, illustration, presentation, key visual, motion graphic và các ấn phẩm truyền thông trên nhiều nền tảng.
● Thiết kế UI/UX cho website và ứng dụng, đảm bảo trải nghiệm trực quan, dễ sử dụng và tối ưu tương tác.
● Thực hiện thiết kế cho cả nền tảng Digital và Print, đảm bảo tính đồng bộ trong hệ thống nhận diện thương hiệu.
● Phối hợp với các bộ phận Marketing, Communication, Product và Development nhằm đảm bảo thiết kế đáp ứng mục tiêu kinh doanh.
● Chủ động cập nhật xu hướng thiết kế, công nghệ và công cụ mới để nâng cao chất lượng sáng tạo.
● Điều chỉnh và hoàn thiện thiết kế dựa trên phản hồi từ khách hàng hoặc nội bộ, đồng thời đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
● Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Line Manager hoặc Ban Lãnh đạo.

Key Qualifications & Requirements/ Yêu cầu
● 1+ years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, branding, and motion graphics.
● Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD), Figma, Sketch, and other design tools.
● A good portfolio showcasing creative design work across various industries and platforms.
● Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
● Experience designing for web, mobile, social media, and print.
● Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and design systems is a plus.
● Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
● Ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
● Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and time management skills.
Nice-to-have skills:
○ Experience with 3D design (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).
○ Knowledge of animation and motion graphics tools like After Effects or Lottie.
○ Understanding of design thinking and user research methodologies.
