Provide technical consultancy and assistance to customers regarding installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of control systems
Prepare application reports, service-related reports and timesheets/gang chart per assignment
Work with sales to promote solutions to end customers.
Build and maintain good professional working relationship with customers.
Sales support and achieve annual service quota.
Other tasks assigned by reporting manager.

Minimum 02- 03 years of experience
Diploma/Degree in engineering field. Mechatronics/ Automation background will be preferable
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and follow-up skills. Team-work ability
Experience in SMT/Dispensing Machine and Process industry will be an advantage. Machines to be serviced: Robot XYZ programming, precision dispensing valve, robotic soldering, SMT lines equipment & SMT process understanding such as: handling systems, mounter, reflow oven, SPI, AOI, laser cutting, laser marking, Xray machine, …
