About the Role
As a Solution Engineer, you will lead the end-to-end technical implementation of cutting-edge humanoid robotics solutions for real-world environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, customer engagement skills, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities 1. Robotics Solution Deployment
- Take full technical ownership of major robotics deployment projects.
- Design tailored implementation plans for customer-specific use cases.
- Ensure stable and safe operation of solutions in real-world environments.
2. Customer Engagement
- Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze operational requirements and business challenges in depth.
- Provide technical consulting, explain trade-offs, and system limitations clearly.
3. Solution Design & Product Improvement
- Translate real-world requirements into clear technical specifications for product teams.
- Propose improvements for hardware, software, and operational processes.
4. System Integration Coordination
- Lead collaboration among HW, SW, AI, and Application teams.
- Oversee end-to-end integration of hardware, software, and operational workflows.
Your skills and experience
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- 2+ years in robotics solution deployment or system integration.
- Proven experience working with enterprise clients and complex technical projects.
