Senior Application Operator

2. Senior IT Operation (Bank Digitalization Solutions) Experience: 5+ years in large-scale, high-availability banking systems (Internet/Mobile Banking, e-Wallet, Digital Onboarding, CRM, BPM, etc.).

Technical:

• Enterprise apps with 24/7 uptime.
• Apache, Nginx, IIS administration.
• OpenShift or similar orchestration.
• API management (WSO2, IBM API Connect, etc.).
• Relational & NoSQL DBs (MongoDB).
• Messaging queues: Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ.
• Cloud deployment (AWS or equivalent).

Additional: Ops management, automation scripting, apply AI tools.

Focus: Ensure stable/secure digital platforms, optimize performance, manage budget/resources, support projects, lead team.

Your skills and experience

COMMON REQUIREMENTS (for both positions)

1.Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

2. Experience:

• Proven experience in IT application operations and support, preferably in the finance/banking sector.

3. Knowledge & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Linux/Unix/Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Logstash).
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices (Jenkins, Git, GitLab CI, Maven, Gradle, etc.).
• Solid understanding of deployment architecture including High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Load Balancing.

4. Soft Skills:

• Good command of English (reading and writing mandatory; speaking and listening preferred).
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, logical thinking.
• Communication, problem-solving, and self-development mindset.

3. Working Time & Location

• Working hours: register your shift starting from 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM.
• Work schedule: Monday – Friday, plus two Saturday mornings per month.
