Java Backend Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java (Java 8+, Spring Boot)

• Implement business logic and RESTful APIs based on design documents

• Read and understand system specifications, follow detailed design documents

• Fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure system stability

• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and follow coding standards

• Collaborate with PM/BA and team members, especially in Japan-related projects

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3–5 years of experience with Java (Java Core, OOP, Spring Boot)

• Experience working with Japanese customers/projects

• Experience with REST APIs and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)

• Familiarity with Git and team-based development

• English communication at working level

• Careful, detail-oriented, able to follow design documents strictly

Specific Requirements

Position 1: Java (Optional: COBOL)

• Able to read Japanese documents / Japanese design documents

• Has worked on Japanese projects before

Position 2: Java

• Has joined Japanese projects before

• Available to start in early May
