JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for operating, maintaining, and securing the IT infrastructure for both IT and OT of the VVIP Terminal to ensure high availability, performance, resilience, and cybersecurity compliance for business-critical airport operations. This role combines 70% Infrastructure/System Administration and 30% Cybersecurity Operations responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and troubleshoot WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routing, switching, and network connectivity.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls, L2/L3 switches, wireless controllers, and security devices.
• Administer servers, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), storage systems, and operating systems.
• Provision and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and database platforms.
• Manage backup, restore, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, performance, and availability.
• Support incident, problem, and change management following ITIL practices.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure security controls and hardening standards.
• Perform vulnerability management, patch management, and remediation activities.
• Manage identity and access controls, privileged accounts, and security compliance.
• Support security monitoring, incident response, threat investigation, and audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies and industry standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Network, Server, Virtualization, Storage, and Infrastructure Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware, Windows/Linux Server, Firewall, Routing & Switching, Backup, and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of Cybersecurity, Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring, and Incident Response.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP, AZ-104, Security+) are preferred.
• Experience with OT operation will be a plus
