This executive leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, engineering excellence, organizational development, and customer success within a global engineering environment.

Ensure the successful delivery of complex automotive software development programs.

Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
15+ years of experience within the automotive industry.
Proven experience in Electronic Control Unit (ECU) software development within the automotive sector.
Strong expertise in automotive embedded software development and software architecture.
Experience in Vehicle Cross Computing, domain controllers, Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV), or other advanced automotive computing platforms.
Proven leadership experience managing large engineering organizations through multiple levels of management.
Experience leading complex global automotive software development programs.
Strong business acumen with experience managing operational performance, resources, and customer relationships.
Experience working with global automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or automotive engineering service providers.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
