Công ty Cổ Phần Hạ Tầng Hàng Không Masterise
1. Role Objective
As the Expert - Systems Integration Architect, you will serve as the primary technical lieutenant to the Director of Enterprise Architecture and Data (Expat). Your core mission is to design, govern, and execute the enterprise integration architecture that seamlessly connects GBIA’s diverse systems—from passenger-facing applications (IT) to physical airport infrastructure (OT). You will ensure a scalable, secure, and vendor-independent integration platform strictly aligned with Vietnamese cybersecurity regulations (Decree 85/53) and our long-term “Thinking Airport” vision.
2. Key Responsibilities Integration Strategy & Governance
• Lead the definition of GBIA's Integration Platform roadmap (3-5 year horizons) and establish architectural principles enforcing vendor independence and API-first designs.
• Act as a pivotal member of the Architecture Review Board (ARB), reviewing and approving integration specifications, design deviations, and cross-domain interfaces across 200+ systems before implementation.
• Create an integration management plan mapping all systems to Decree 85 classification levels and IEC 62443 security zones.
Integration Platform Leadership
• Architect and oversee the Enterprise Integration Platform, including ESB/iPaaS, API Gateway, Event Streaming, and Data Diodes—defining topology, capacity, failover, and security policies.
• Establish integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, publish-subscribe, event-driven) and govern bidirectional interfaces.
• Design the Industrial DMZ (Level 3.5) and lead OT/IT convergence architecture, including MQTT/Kafka bridging between sovereign on-premise systems and cloud services.
Compliance & Regulatory Interface
• Own the regulatory compliance strategy for Decree 85, Decree 53, and PDPL 91/2025, translating regulatory requirements into technical designs.
• Prepare classification impact assessments and interface directly with government agencies (Ministry of Police, OTAC) on ambiguous architecture and compliance decisions.
Project Delivery & Vendor Management
• Own the end-to-end delivery of integration projects, ensuring adherence to GBIA's IT project governance framework.
• Act as GBIA's technical authority in Master Service Integrator (MSI) engagements—review detailed designs, challenge vendor proposals, enforce specifications, and validate SIT test plans.
Experience & Industry Background
• Minimum 10 years of experience in systems integration architecture.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale integration platforms. While 8+ years of airport-scale experience is highly preferred, candidates from multi-national enterprise environments (Banking, Telecom, Large Tech) are strongly welcomed.
Technical Expertise
• Deep expertise in Integration & Edge Platforms: ESB/iPaaS (MuleSoft, WSO2, IBM CP4I), Event Streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT), and API Management (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Cloud Architecture & Containerization (Kubernetes, Helm, Istio Service Mesh, AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps automation (GitOps, Prometheus, ELK).
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Experience leading distributed technical teams (10+ members) delivering complex integration/data projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of navigating regulatory ambiguity and presenting to Senior Leadership, ARB, and Ministry of Police.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• TOGAF Certified (Level 2), PMP/ITIL, and Cloud Architect Certifications.
• OT/IT Convergence: Knowledge of Industrial Frameworks (IEC 62443), Industrial Protocols (OPC UA, Modbus TCP), and hardware-enforced unidirectional gateways (Data Diodes) is a massive plus.
