The Business Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, documenting, standardizing, and continuously improving business processes across the organization. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and transform business data into actionable insights through Power BI dashboards and reporting.

The position supports operational excellence initiatives by combining process analysis, KPI monitoring, digital transformation, and business intelligence capabilities to improve productivity, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
