1. Thiết kế và phát triển các hệ thống phần mềm của công ty （MES/OA/QAD etc.）
Design and develop company business systems（MES/OA/QAD etc.）
2. Phân tích yêu cầu và thực hiện thiết kế module, coding và unit test
Analyze requirements and implement module design, coding, and unit testing
3. Tối ưu hiệu năng và xử lý lỗi hệ thống
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues
4. Viết và duy trì tài liệu kỹ thuật (design, API…)
Write and maintain technical documentation (design docs, API docs, etc.)
5. Phối hợp với Product và QA để đảm bảo tiến độ dự án
Collaborate with Product and QA teams to ensure delivery timelines
6. Cải thiện chất lượng code và độ ổn định hệ thống
Improve code quality and system stability
7. Nghiên cứu và áp dụng công nghệ mới
Research and adopt new technologies
1. Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc liên quan
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
2. Nắm vững Java cơ bản (Collection, Multithreading, JVM)
Strong knowledge of Java fundamentals (Collections, Multithreading, JVM)
3. Kinh nghiệm với Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
Experience with Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
4. Sử dụng tốt MySQL hoặc DB quan hệ, có kinh nghiệm tối ưu SQL
Familiar with MySQL or relational databases with SQL optimization ability
5. Hiểu về middleware (Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Knowledge of middleware such as Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ
6. Sử dụng được Linux cơ bản
Basic Linux skills
7. Biết sử dụng Git
Familiar with Git
• Biết tiếng Trung (Chinese) là lợi thế lớn/ hoặc tiếng Anh
Mandarin Chinese skills are a strong plus or English Skills
